With over 20 years of experience as a Pro athlete, Sports Trainer, Nutritional Adviser, Postural Assessment Trainer and Advanced Personal Fitness Trainer, I help my clients accomplish their goals and become more aware of their potential.
I believe that nothing has to be taken for granted in such a complex discipline. It’s impossible to state what the best workout is as each individual is unique and needs a tailored plan.
